Georgia Laws and Rules

By the end of this course, attendees should be familiar with the fundamental laws and rules governing chiropractic practice in Georgia as well as understand the roles of regulatory bodies, such as the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, Insurance Commissioner, in overseeing the profession. Attendees should also have gained clarity on the scope of chiropractic practice in Georgia, including the procedures and treatments within the chiropractor's realm as well as common pitfalls that chiropractors have struggled with. By the end of this hour course, an understanding the licensure requirements, renewal processes, and continuing education obligations for chiropractors in the state can also be expected.
