First Adjustment is a seminar led by Dr. Claudia Anrig, a leader in Family Wellness through Chiropractic. The event has been enhanced to include 3 hours of Pelvic Floor education based on the latest research to improve chiropractic evaluation and specific adjusting protocols for better pre- and post-natal outcomes.

The seminar provides comprehensive instruction across three critical disciplines: Academic, Technique, and Clinical. While maintaining its focus on the latest pediatric information and hands-on instruction in pediatric adjusting, the program now offers Family Wellness Practitioners the tools to address pelvic floor health in the prenatal population in an intimate instructional setting designed for ideal comprehension and skill-building.

Attendees gain practical knowledge they can apply immediately in their practice. The seminar features hands-on adjusting skills in a 1:1 setting, comprehensive visual information regarding pregnancy positions and improper baby positions via the Webster technique, and hands-on practice pediatric adjustments. Participants learn how to approach the pediatric patient exam and adjustment in a way that makes parents comfortable and confident in the practitioner's skills.
