Emerging Leaders Program Iowa Chiropractic Society

The ICERF Emerging Leaders Program is designed for Doctors of Chiropractic within their first seven years of practice who are ready to expand their impact as leaders in the profession and in their communities. This unique program brings together a select cohort of up to 10 chiropractors, creating an intimate and supportive environment where meaningful conversations, collaboration, and personal growth can thrive. Through focused leadership training, peer discussion, and guided self-reflection, participants will gain the tools and confidence needed to lead with purpose. As part of the program, each participant will complete an Enneagram assessment to better understand their personality, motivations, communication style, and leadership tendencies. This deeper self-awareness helps participants recognize their strengths, navigate challenges, and connect more effectively with others. The Emerging Leaders Program is about more than leadership training—it's about preparing the next generation of chiropractors to advocate for the profession, inspire their communities, and advance health through chiropractic care.
