Documenting & Tracking Treatment Progress

This module covers how to develop an appropriate treatment plan. The importance and value of outcome assessments will be discussed, as will SOAP notes and appropriate coding for selected modalities. This course aims to equip participants with the skills to develop and establish a proper treatment plan that sets realistic goals and measures progress. Attendees will learn to utilize the SOAP note-taking method for documenting patient conditions and progress, and select appropriate modalities for patient care plans.
