CXT Studies: Radiographic Anatomy I

This is part 1 of 2 modules that will review skeletal anatomy from the perspective of achieving excellent x-rays. Each body part is reviewed and correlated with the x-ray image. Students will be exposed to imaging options that were not covered in the basic course that might be helpful in obtaining proper imaging for your clinic. Access to on demand products expires on the last day of the calendar year. They must be viewed/completed within the calendar year in which they are purchased.

• •Identify key skeletal anatomical landmarks and their radiographic appearance on diagnostic x-rays
• •Correlate anatomical structures with proper positioning techniques to optimize image quality
• •Recognize and apply advanced imaging options beyond basic radiographic protocols for improved diagnostic clarity
• •Evaluate positioning errors and their impact on skeletal visualization and clinical interpretation
• •Apply anatomical knowledge to select appropriate imaging angles and techniques for specific body regions
• •Demonstrate competency in obtaining diagnostic-quality radiographs for common chiropractic assessments
