CTA/CXT Boundaries, Ethics & Jurisprudence at the 2026 Southern Chiropractic Conference

This board-approved course fulfills the mandatory one-time two-hour continuing education requirement for all newly-licensed Tennessee chiropractic therapy assistants (CTA) and chiropractic x-ray technicians (CXT) as mandated by the Tennessee Board of Chiropractic Examiners. The course addresses three critical areas essential to professional practice: risk management and liability reduction, establishment and maintenance of professional and sexual boundaries with patients and colleagues, and comprehensive coverage of Tennessee statutory and regulatory requirements governing CTA/CXT scope of practice and standards of conduct. Participants will gain practical knowledge to ensure compliance with state regulations and protect both patient welfare and their professional licensure.
