Cox® Technic Parts I/II Lumbar Spine Certification – Lombard, IL

Parts I/II Lumbar Spine certification course in Cox® Technic flexion distraction and decompression, managed by the National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) Post Graduate Division. Part I (15 hours): Thu 8a–6p, Fri 8a–3p. Part II (15 hours): Fri 3p–6p, Sat 8a–12p and 1p–6p, Sun 8a–11a. 30 hours total; CE arranged with NUHS for most states (registration includes one state CE credit; additional states $50 each). Early-registration discount if you sign up four weeks before; $100 late fee after. Recent graduates (within 5 years) can apply for a Cox® scholarship to attend free. Cox® faculty: Drs.
