CNSP: Dry Needling for Spinal Pain Management. Rather than splitting the spine between upper- and lower-extremity weekends, this ChiroNeedle course dedicates an entire weekend to dry needling for spinal pain, the main reason patients see a chiropractor: placing needles at inflamed lumbar facets or cervical articular pillars, using electrical stimulation along the needle to gate pain at the pain generator and activate the deep multifidi, and integrating dry needling with the chiropractic techniques you already use. Classes are limited to 16 attendees for one-on-one time with the instructor; chiropractors welcome. Saturday/Sunday 8am–8pm; qualifies for 24 hours of CE credit.
