Avoid Information Blocking: Understanding How to Comply in Your Practice
About This Event
The 21st Century CURES Act aims to enhance healthcare technology by facilitating better access to information for patients and clinicians while preventing information blocking by providers. This course equips chiropractic physicians with the knowledge needed to navigate the prohibitions and exceptions laid out by the Cures Act, and how these policies are relevant to everyday practice. Participants will learn the necessary steps to ensure compliance with Cures requirements effectively. Originally presented by Marc Abla, CAE, on April 13, 2021, this course is shared from the Illinois Chiropractic Society. Note that courses offered from different associations may not be available for free to KCA Plus Members, as they are provided at minimum cost to ensure accessibility for all KCA Members.
