Are Your Fees Legal?
About This Event
The world of the fees we charge in our office can be incredibly challenging. We are regularly faced with making sure that our fees are usual and customary, but faced with the inevitable lower fee schedules from our preferred provider networks. Additional questions are brought into play when we begin to look at discounts, free services, pre-paid plans, fee splitting, hardships, and more. This essential course provides clarity on complex billing and collection issues, including insurance, legal compliance, and risk management. Participants will gain critical insights to ensure their fee structures are legal and ethical, protecting their practice while navigating various payment scenarios.
