Applied Kinesiology is the science of healing the total person and supporting true health through the study of movement and integral muscle function. The course provides comprehensive training in muscle testing, postural analysis, and treatment of neurological, musculoskeletal, and cranial conditions.
Learning Objectives
- •Master the theoretical foundation and clinical application of Applied Kinesiology, including Goodheart's system and the history of muscle testing in diagnosis
- •Perform accurate manual muscle testing and identify muscle inhibitions, mechanoreceptors, and the five key factors affecting muscle function
- •Conduct comprehensive postural analysis and detect structural abnormalities including spinal fixations, leg length discrepancies, and pelvic misalignments
- •Diagnose and treat cranial conditions using temporal sphenoid line assessment, spheno-basilar mechanics, and sutural fault identification
- •Apply reflex techniques, myofascial trigger point therapy, and nutrition protocols to address reactive muscle issues and support patient healing
- •Integrate functional neurological assessment with musculoskeletal and cranial findings to develop comprehensive treatment plans for total patient health
