ANJC: Optimizing Longevity from the Inside Out with Dr. Robert Silverman

Dr. Robert Silverman, DC, presents "Optimizing Longevity from the Inside Out: Gut–Brain Signaling, Mitochondria, and Laser-Based Functional Medicine," a 3-CE live seminar from the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC) Sports Council. It runs Thursday, December 17, 2026, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm ET at the Hilton Garden Inn Edison/Raritan Center, 50 Raritan Center Pkwy, Edison, New Jersey.

The session covers gut–brain communication, the mechanisms of mitochondrial dysfunction and its link to neurodegenerative disease, research-based tests for setting a longevity baseline, and non-thermal, low-level laser therapy and how laser light stimulates the electron transport chain. It includes laser demonstrations and case studies.

Dr. Silverman is a chiropractor and clinical nutritionist, the author of "Immune Reboot" and "Inside-Out Health," and was named Sports Chiropractor of the Year by the ACA Sports Council in 2015. ANJC lists the course at $50, with no charge for full ANJC chiropractic members and office members.
