About This Event
Building on the Webster Technique Certification, this module emphasizes hands-on clinical skills for serving the pregnancy and postpartum populations. This course addresses perinatal chiropractic research, pelvic balancing techniques, outcome based exams, and tools for engaging both birth providers and mothers in your community.
Learning Objectives
- -Apply advanced pelvic balancing techniques to pregnant and postpartum patients with proper assessment and modification
- -Evaluate perinatal patients using outcome-based examination protocols to establish baseline measurements and track clinical progress
- -Interpret current peer-reviewed research on chiropractic care for pregnancy-related conditions and communicate findings to patients and referral partners
- -Develop evidence-based treatment plans that address common perinatal complaints including low back pain, pelvic dysfunction, and postural changes
- -Implement effective communication strategies to build relationships with OBGYNs, midwives, doulas, and other birth providers in your community
- -Utilize practical business and clinical tools to establish and grow a perinatal-focused practice
