Dr. William Moreau, DC, DACBSP, FACSM, brings forth an unparalleled wealth of clinical experience spanning over four decades in the field of evidence-guided chiropractic sports medicine, marking a distinguished career dedicated to enhancing patient well-being and recovery. As CEO of the NeuroSport Spine and Concussion Center, Dr. Moreau has not only honed his clinical expertise but has also established himself as a published clinician researcher, contributing significantly to the advancement of clinical practices. In 2009, Dr. Moreau assumed the pivotal role of Director of Clinics at the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), embarking on a decade-long journey of pioneering initiatives aimed at elevating medical care standards for athletes. His unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership led to his appointment as Vice President of Sports Medicine at the USOC in 2017. He oversaw all sports medicine clinical care activities, including the oversight of medical services at the Olympic/Paralympic Games and the management of USOC Clinics. A testament to his groundbreaking achievements, Dr. Moreau spearheaded the establishment of the U.S. Coalition for the Prevention of Illness and Injury in Sport, recognized globally as one of only eleven IOC International Centers of Research Excellence. Dr. Moreau's legacy extends beyond administrative roles, as he has left an indelible mark as Team USA's Medical Director at prominent global events such as the London 2012 Olympic Games and the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games. Notably, he made history as the sole Doctor of Chiropractic to serve as an Olympic National Organizing Committee Chief Medical Officer for Team USA at the 2016 Rio Summer Games and the 2018 Winter Games in South Korea. In these high-pressure environments, he meticulously directed comprehensive medical service lines, ensuring the optimal health and performance of Team USA athletes. Internationally recognized for his expertise, Dr. Moreau was appointed to the Pan American Sports Organization (PASO) Medical Commission in 2017, further solidifying his stature as a leader in the field of sports medicine.
