About this event

The Kentucky Association of Chiropractors' 110th Annual Convention ran September 26–27, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Lexington/UK Coldstream (1801 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40511). The two-day program offered 12 hours of continuing education (KBCE approval #2231), plus a KAC golf outing on Friday, September 25.

Sessions: • Dr. Beverly Harger – Investigating Radiology Errors (2 CE) and Sports Medicine Radiology (2 CE) • Dr. Brandie Keates – Evidence Based Pediatric Care (2 CE) and What Your Patients Don't Expect When They're Expecting (2 CE) • Dr. Cindy Howard – Top 10 Reasons for Fatigue (2 CE) • Dr. Stephen Hussey – The Biophysics of Heart Disease and The Heart of Chiropractic (2 CE)

Registration was $399 for non-members (full convention), $329 for non-members (one day) and $250 for student members. KAC held a room block at the Embassy Suites at $149 per night through September 4.

Learning objectives

• Recognize common sources of error in radiology interpretation and how to avoid them (Harger) • Apply radiology to the assessment of sports injuries (Harger) • Review the current evidence for chiropractic care of pediatric patients (Keates) • Prepare pregnant patients for what to expect during pregnancy and postpartum (Keates) • Identify the ten most common causes of patient fatigue (Howard) • Understand the biophysics of heart disease and its relationship to chiropractic care (Hussey)
